Students in grades 4-12 who live in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio are invited to participate in the 2013 Fort Wayne Newspapers Design and Ad Contest, presented by Windows, Doors and More. The Design An Ad special section will be published as a special feature in the Moms magazine May 15, 2013.
