The view: Looking down on the Harrison Square downtown revitalization project, Jefferson Boulevard lies to the north, and Harrison Street runs immediately east.
What you're seeing: The fly-through begins at ground level, sweeping toward the main entrance to Wizards Stadium. As it continues around the side of the stadium, your vantage point rises higher and you approach the condominium development – three floors of residences above retail space.
From an even higher perspective, the view pans across the park that will be part of Harrison Square. Many details of the park have not been set yet, but the fly-through includes a fountain and a rough rendering of terraced space that could be used for outdoor concerts.
The parking garage comes into view next; again, it is only a rough rendering. Many details of its exterior haven’t been set yet. The perspective of the fly-through returns to ground level and returns to the front of the stadium.
After a fade to black, the fly-through shifts inside the stadium to a possible configuration for one of the suites overlooking the field. Following another fade to black, the video shows off a lounge at the stadium.
