The 62-unit condominium component of Harrison Square, the $125-million-to-$160-million downtown revitalization project, began taking reservations for condos in November.
Harrison Square also includes a $30-million baseball stadium, a $35-million Courtyard by Marriott hotel, a parking garage and 25,000 square feet of retail space located directly under the condos.
Dubbed "The Harrison," the condos could range in price from $150,000 to $300,000, depending on the number of bedrooms. According to Martin Goldstine Knapke, all condos will be pre-wired for HDTV and high-speed Internet.
Units facing south will have a view of the baseball field, and north-facing units will view the city skyline. Every unit will have access to an indoor/outdoor deck that overlooks the ballfield, and each owner will have a membership to the field-level fitness center, where residents can work out with members of the Wizards team. An underground parking garage with assigned spaces also will be available to residents.
