At the zoo: Bill and Ina, a female, live in the African Journey area. Family: Lions often live in a group, or pride, led by a male lion. Mothers usually have two to four cubs. Food: In the wild, zebras, giraffes, gazelles and other animals. At the zoo, they eat meat. Fun fact: Bill likes to roar to let animals know he's King of the Zoo, but he doesn't roar much when people are around. |
