Keath and Marcia Shipman joyously announce the engagement of their daughter, Talitha Joy, to Michael Thomas Benner, son of David and Sheila Benner.
Talitha graduated from Taylor University and Savannah College of Art and Design, is an illustrator represented by Lilla Rogers Studio and a graphic designer for Blue Pony. Michael graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a degree in Computer Engineering Technology and is a Network Technician for the Allen County Public Library.
Michael and Talitha are planning a Fall, 2013 wedding.
