Mr. and Mrs. Shufelt are celebrating their 40th anniversary. They were married December 2, 1972 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Toledo, Ohio. They now live in Fort Wayne.
They are the parents of Julie Lynne and son-in-law, Christopher Smith. As well as Julie and Christopher, they are grandparents to Abbie (8) and Ben (5) who attend Central Christian School where Julie is the administrator.
Gary was employed for 34 years at Dana Corp. Judy was a homemaker and was employed as a pre-school teacher part-time.
