Charles and Lavon Dobbins are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary with a family and friend luncheon on Dec. 2, 2012. They were married on Nov. 29, 1947 in Saint John Lutheran Church, Monroeville, Ind. They are long time members of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, Ind.
The couple has five children and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Charles is retired from Dana Corp. Lavon is retired from The Rib Room.
