Contest Rules: At least 50% of the ballot must be filled out (including entry information). When voting for a place with more than one location, specify location. You may select any name or business name, including, but not limited to, those advertising on the ballot. Fort Wayne Newspapers employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Mailed ballots must be postmarked on or before May 21, 2008. Ballots may be dropped off at Fort Wayne Newspapers, 600 W. Main St., Ft Wayne, IN on or before May 21, 2008. Entries must be on original ballot. No copies or faxes will be accepted. No purchase necessary to enter. Ballots are available daily in The News-Sentinel and The Journal Gazette from April 30, 2008 through May 20, 2008. Online entries available April 30, 2008 through May 20, 2008 midnight. Prize package awarded through random drawing. Must be 18 years or older to be eligible. Reader prize package will be available for pick-up 8am-5pm Tuesday, May 27, 2008.
